Briana Hughes

I’m Briana Hughes, Founder of Bri The Closer LLC and a Project Management Consultant. I work with founder-led businesses, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations to bring structure and momentum to projects, programs, and strategic initiatives.

As organizations grow, priorities multiply and internal capacity gets stretched. I step in to manage the moving pieces, coordinate people and deliverables, and keep important work moving forward.

My background spans project and program management, operations, behavioral psychology, education, recruitment, strategic communications, event operations, and client management. I’ve managed programs, coordinated teams and stakeholders, supported large-scale initiatives, and worked across organizations including the New York City Department of Education and New York State Department of Health. These experiences shaped a practical, people-centered approach to project management grounded in clear communication, thoughtful coordination, and realistic capacity.

I provide Project & Program Management, Event Project Management, Systems & SOP Development, Team Coordination, and Workflow Optimization for both one-time initiatives and ongoing needs.
